Robert was a lecturer for San Francisco State’s Graduate Entrepreneur Program and also advised the Pacific Stock Exchange on their Small Corporate Offerings program.

Michael Chinn has over 20+ years experience in technology related ventures as a Chief Financial Officer/Chief Technology Officer. His experience includes management particiation in start-up ventures and technology companies in the the biometric data management, network security software, microbiological research, and engineering data industries. 

His management experience includes the development and execution of several successful private investment fund raising campaigns and as well as a participation in a successful merger/acquisition to a publicly held corporation.
